Autumn Sun Counselling is a private practice counselling service run by Emma Claydon. Emma Claydon is registered with the Information Commissioners Office under registration reference ZB565678‚ÄČ. Any data collected will be used and held in accordance with the requirements of the EU General Data Protection Regulations. Emma Claydon is the Data Controller and Data Processor and responsible for filing, processing and keeping your personal data confidential. 

If you decide to receive counselling from me, you will be asked to complete a client contact information sheet which includes your name, address, GP information and emergency contact name and number and you will be asked to sign a working agreement. I will also do a short assessment when we meet for the first time. The assessment sheet will only hold your client number, not your name. I will store any data for six years from the date your counselling work finishes.

In accordance with my BACP membership I am required to have regular clinical supervision. During these sessions I will not use any identifiable information about you to ensure you and your personal information is kept safe and confidential.
